ABOUT APIRON
The villa extends over 130 sq.m. and offers three well-appointed bedrooms, including an independent guest suite with its own private entrance and en-suite bathroom. Designed to provide enhanced privacy, the guest suite is not internally connected to the main residence.
The bright open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly into a contemporary kitchen with a central island, while a fireplace adds warmth and character to the interior spaces.
Outdoors, a spectacular 15m infinity pool enjoys uninterrupted sea views and is complemented by expansive terraces. An outdoor kitchen and dining area create the ideal setting for entertaining, al fresco dining, and relaxation.
Further enhancing the villa’s functionality are a dedicated storage and laundry room, as well as a 43 sq.m. garage with an electric door, perfectly combining luxury, comfort, and everyday convenience.

We had a wonderful stay at Apiron Luxury Villa! The villa was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. With three bedrooms, it was perfect for our family, and the private parking garage was a great convenience. A place designed with exceptional taste, where every detail reflects the care, passion and attention that have gone into creating it. A unique swimming pool with a breathtaking view that truly stays with you. A view you simply cannot get enough of, no matter how many days you stay. I could not leave without mentioning the outdoor area of the property, which we enjoyed to the fullest at all times of the day, gazing out over the endless blue. But what made our stay truly special was the owner!!! A wonderful person, genuinely warm and hospitable, who reminded us of the traditional Greek hospitality that we are slowly forgetting.
